Former Facebook's Employee Divulges The Gloomy Side Of Facebook

Working in Facebook seems to be fun, with overflowing salary, free meals, and a myriad of facility are available there. But according to the former employee of the world's largest social media, that's not the fact.

Antonia Garcia Martinez, former employee of facebook who was deposed two years ago claimed that the circumstances in Facebook could be lumped with North Korea where Mark Zuckerberg always becomes the leader to be abided.

"Everything feels to be like North Korea or Cuba", said the man who served as the product manager of Faceboook. He utters his experience in Facebook with his book which titles Chaos Monkey : Obscene Fortune and Random Failure in Silicon Valley.

According to Martinez, Employees are dubbing Zuck as a little emperor. There's some kind of internal cops which is called The Sec, they surveil every step of the employees. The woman employees are demanded to wear polite apparel in order to make the male employees able to concentrate with their works.

If there's someone who wears a dress which is to short, they will be rebuked. These rule doesn't apply to male employees. It has been long time for Facebook to be reckoned as an obscene working environtment and Martinez statements seem to affirm the everyone's suspicions.

 A new employee has been indoctrinated to follow the working method of Facebook. After being lectured about 20 minutes, Employees were expelled with some kind of words such as "Just Fucking Do It".

There are many motivational words flaunted in Facebook's central office in Menlo Park. Like words "Our work will never ends", "This Journey is just 1% done", till "Do it faster !". Martinez claimed, employess were expected to work 20 hours per day and eat in a cafetaria which provides breakfast and dinner.
